MEANWHILE IN UKRAINE.
The exhibition Meanwhile in Ukraine portrays the ongoing conflict from Ukraine's perspective,
with a focus on the universal suffering that all wars bring. It is based on material from the
National Museum of Ukraine's History in World War II, and alongside Olena Shovkoplia's poignant
photo documentation. The sole and most important objective of this project was to present the injustice as
authentically and fairly as possible. The goal was to recreate the chaos and human resistance in the texts on the walls.
